3. Upload your video
Like Youtube and Facebook, first you need to upload your videos into your Siliconcoach Live.
Use the web-based uploader on the website or download one of the uploaders
4. Analyse your video
Use either the single or dual video to break down or compare the movement frame by frame and with all analysis tools available
5. Share your analysis
Share your analysis with another individual or with the group, simply create a discussion based on the video and invite those you want to see it into the discussion.
